I really don't know if this is out of line/not kosher, but you mention this modification to soundslides you've made to allow video, is there any chance this application could be made available? Only improvement I suggest is a volume control or audio on/off switch. I usually have music playing and dislike audio over-riding what I've got going on. If I land on a site that starts playing audio without giving me control to either turn it down or turn it off, I'm gone no matter how compelling the content. Very nicely done!
